Map Your Reality.
As part of our Turning the
Telescope™ process of brand development, one of the first things
we encourage clients to consider is our Strategic Brand Assessment. (You might
also call it a strategic business assessment, because it really does assess how
well your key players understand your corporate strategy. (If they don't
understand it, how are you going to achieve it?)
This is a singular tool that gives profound insight (with specificity!) as to
how the brand is perceived among internal publics. It's the only assessment
tool that shows why an organization and its brand aren't reaching full
potential. Since we believe that brand is integrally an inside-job, this is an
important primary step to see how well the corporate strategy is aligned across
the company. And where there are gaps.
Quick. Simple. Smart.
In an easy-to-use online format, we ask executives, employees and channel
partners to rate company performances and priorities. From this, we can
identify the disconnects between vision and implementation. We'll identify the
gaps in alignment among the three audiences and we'll see what's perceived as
being most important.
By assessing strategy, execution and structure, overlaid with priorities, we
identify specific areas in business and marketing practices that will help the
company and the brand achieve greater success in the marketplace. It also
determines leading performance indicators (KPIs) and clarifies how resources
should be allocated for greatest impact on ROI. And because the SBA creates the
ability to systematically measure progress, we can replicate the benchmark to
track progress as we build a strong brand.
Ready. Set. Grow.
It's particularly helpful before and during strategic planning, when making
changes to existing products or services, when launching a new product or
service or when there's a change in leadership. It's a quick process, it only
takes about three weeks to assess the organization from multiple points of
view. It takes the guesswork out of the planning process and moves initiatives
forward with the kind of insight that makes foresight, well, practically
fail-safe.
